All of the pics that you can choose for Personalized Pics are called "avatars." The animal and cartoon ones just came with the board. The girl ones are called "dollz" by some and are ones that we made using "doll makers." Most of the particular type of dollz that we have made are usually called "preps."
There are several sites that let you do it.
We made ours using three main sites. To give them credit, here's a list of the sites:

Getting them to show up on this message board is a whole other process. If you can't get it to display correctly, size-wise, we might be able to put it up on the board for all users to see and use.
